Maple Blueberry Pancakes
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Tablespoon Bonhomie Maple Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Mix dry ingredients.
Add 1 large egg and 2/3 Cup of milk - whisk.
Add 2 tablespoon melted butter and 3/4 Cup of fresh blueberries.
Makes 8 pancakes. Top with Bonhomie Maple Syrup!

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Bonhomie Maple Syrup
2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Teaspoon Bonhomie Maple Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Juice from 1/2 an orange
Combine ingredients and shake.

1/4 Cup Bonhomie Maple Syrup
2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Maple Butter Baked Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup butter
Sauce
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons of Bonhomie maple syrup
¼ cup lemon juice
Melt butter in a 13x9 pan in 400 degree oven. Meanwhile measure dry ingredients into a plastic bag. Add chicken pieces and shake to coat. Add chicken to pan and turn to coat. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Bake in a large greased pan (a roaster works great!) for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes.
